If you have unused funds for purchases, you can withdraw them from your personal account without any commission. The withdrawal will be processed as a return of the deposit operation. To request a withdrawal of funds, you can use the "Personal account > Withdraw funds" button in your personal account.

Once you request a withdrawal, we will automatically process it on our end. However, please note that it may take 2-3 banking days for the funds to be credited back to the source of funds such as bank card or PayPal, depending on the rules of your bank and the loading of the payment system.

For bank card users, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card from which the funds were originally deposited. If you have used multiple cards for your transactions, we will refund the funds in the order of their use, starting with the most recent transaction. Refunds can be made within 1 year from the date of the deposit operation. The exchange rate on the date of deposit will be used for the refund, but please note that the rate may be revised during moments of instability in the market.

For PayPal users, funds can be returned within 3 months from the date of the deposit operation. If you have credited funds before, we can return them manually.

However, please note that refunds will not be made using the SWIFT method.
